On asking price per foot, a high, updated line like this tends to sit toward the upper band of what Icon trades at, which the location and the view generally support. From the photos the interior reads as a genuine renovation with floor-to-ceiling glass and a real designer hand, and the furnished option is a nice flexibility for a second-home buyer. The standout here is the wraparound balcony on a high floor with protected bay and sunset exposure, which is a scarce configuration in this building, so it is worth a serious look.
