From the photos the renovation looks clean and the in-unit laundry is a genuine plus in a building of this vintage, since many original layouts here never had it. The two questions I would ask before offering are what the current HOA and any reserve or recertification assessments look like for a 1966 tower, and how the tenant-occupied-until-October-2026 term affects your move-in or financing timeline.
