Salato Pompano Beach: Prices, Floor Plans & Available Residences
Salato Pompano Beach is a 40-residence, 10-story oceanfront condominium at 305 Briny Avenue, developed by U.S. Development. Prices run $2 million to $5.25 million, construction is complete per Florida YIMBY, and the building is nearly 70 percent sold with residences ready for immediate occupancy.
Why Salato Pompano Beach Stands Out
- The rare part: it is finished. You can walk the actual residence and the actual finishes instead of buying from a rendering
- Developer and team: U.S. Development, with Randall Stofft Architects on the building and Steven G. on the interiors
- The building: 40 residences across 10 stories at 305 Briny Avenue, including 6 penthouses
- Homes: typical three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom ocean view plans of roughly 2,100 to 3,350 square feet, with 14-foot-deep terraces of 320 to 746 square feet
- Prices: $2 million to $5.25 million, with the building nearly 70 percent sold
- Location: direct beach access at the corner of Briny Avenue and Southeast Fourth Street, steps from the Pompano Beach Fisher Family Pier (official developer site)

A Finished Oceanfront Building of 40 Residences
"The advice I keep repeating to buyers looking at South Florida luxury right now is to separate the finished product from the rendering. At Salato you can stand on the terrace, measure it, feel the light at the hour you would actually be there, and close on a normal timeline instead of waiting years for a delivery date that can move. That is a very different risk profile from a pre-construction contract, and it is worth paying attention to."Gerardo Gonzalez, Licensed Real Estate Agent at Compass
Salato Pompano Beach sits at the corner of Briny Avenue and Southeast Fourth Street, on the sand between Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale and steps from the Pompano Beach Fisher Family Pier. The building holds 40 residences across 10 stories, including 6 penthouses. U.S. Development is the developer, Randall Stofft Architects designed the building, and Steven G. designed the interiors. The scale is the point: at 40 homes it is a boutique oceanfront building, not a tower, and the amenity program was sized for that owner count rather than for several hundred units.
According to The Real Deal, U.S. Development launched condominium sales at Salato in February 2023. Florida YIMBY reported in May 2026 that construction is complete on the 10-story, 40-unit building at 305 Briny Avenue. The developer lists residences as available for immediate occupancy and the building as nearly 70 percent sold, with prices from $2 million to $5.25 million.
Typical residences are three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom ocean view plans running roughly 2,100 to 3,350 square feet of air-conditioned living area, with larger stacks above that, including a 4,100 square foot plan and a 7,832 square foot five-bedroom penthouse in the developer's unit selector. Terraces are 14 feet deep and run 320 to 746 square feet, which is the number I would look at hardest here: a 14-foot depth is usable outdoor room, not a ledge, and on the ocean side that changes how the home actually lives.
Inside, main living areas carry 10-foot windows and sliding glass doors, Italian porcelain tile in the living areas and bedrooms, solid core doors, and quartz countertops. Kitchens are fitted with European cabinetry and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. Bathrooms use Kohler fixtures, and primary suites include walk-in closets and spa-style primary baths with glass partitions and a separate water closet. Each residence has a laundry room with side-by-side washer and dryer. On July 20, 2026, U.S. Development selected Savant as the exclusive smart home technology partner for the building, per citybiz, adding in-wall OLED touch screens for whole-home control, Savant Music with three rooms of Harman and JBL in-ceiling speakers, GE Proseo motorized shades in three bedrooms and the living room, smart door lock control, and WiFi access points with a network switch.
The other thing I tell buyers to price in on a building this size is the assessment math. A 40-owner building spreads roof, elevator, seawall, and reserve costs across 40 doors instead of 400, so per-owner exposure on any capital item is structurally higher than in a large tower. That is not a reason to avoid it. It is a reason to read the budget, the reserve study, and the recent minutes before you write an offer, and it is the first document set I ask for on a boutique oceanfront condominium.
If you want the current price sheet, the remaining stacks, or a read on which line and floor is the better buy for what you actually want out of the home, call me at 305-964-8614 or use the contact page. I can also line Salato up against the other finished oceanfront options in Broward so you are comparing real inventory, not marketing.

305 Briny Avenue: Directly on the Sand
Salato sits at the corner of Briny Avenue and Southeast Fourth Street in Pompano Beach, with direct beach access and the Pompano Beach Fisher Family Pier steps away. The location sits between Boca Raton to the north and Fort Lauderdale to the south, which is the practical appeal: a quieter beach address inside easy reach of both.
