Mr. C Residences West Palm Beach is a Cipriani-branded condominium and hotel tower at 320 Lakeview Avenue, developed by Terra and Sympatico Real Estate. According to PROFILEmiami, the 27-story development features 110 hotel suites and 146 branded residences, including a collection of turnkey, move-in-ready resort residences, designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Meyer Davis. As of July 2026 the project surpassed 85 percent sold, making it the fastest-selling new development in West Palm Beach, and vertical construction is underway toward a 2027 completion.

My read on Mr. C is that the brand and the service model are doing the heavy lifting. The Cipriani name carries a century of hospitality behind it, and buyers here are paying for a serviced, turnkey lifestyle as much as for the real estate.
