What information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit a contact form, request a consultation, ask about a property, or sign up for updates, we collect the details you provide. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and any message or property interest you share. We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and you should not send it through the site.
Information collected automatically
Like almost every website, our servers and analytics tools automatically receive standard technical data: your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure. Cookies that build a profile of you for advertising are only set after you consent.

Google Consent Mode

Property search and MLS data
Our property search pulls listing information from the MLS through a licensed IDX data feed. Listing details and photos belong to the listing brokers and the MLS and are displayed under that license. When you search or view properties, your activity is treated under this same privacy policy.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business under confidentiality terms, including: our customer relationship management (CRM) system used to manage inquiries; email and hosting providers; and the analytics and advertising partners listed above (only with your consent). We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal, tax, and real estate record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymize it. Your cookie consent choice is stored for up to 12 months, after which we ask again.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of your data. Residents of the EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) have specific rights. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where required by law, we treat a GPC signal as a request to opt out of advertising cookies for that browser.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
