Mi Análisis Tras Revisar Esta Propiedad

Mi opinion despues de revisar este anuncio: esta en Cypress Lake Estates, una de esas zonas de agua al este de Pompano Beach donde una casa de una planta en un verdadero lote de punta con buen frente de agua es dificil de reemplazar. El precio por pie que piden va acorde con lo que suelen negociarse las casas navegables de lote de punta en esta franja, y el acceso al Intracoastal con un solo puente fijo es el detalle que la destaca para quien tiene barco. En las fotos las mejoras se ven cosmeticas y limpias mas que una remodelacion total, con el canal enmarcado desde la entrada, y en una casa de 1969 confirmaria la edad del techo, el estado del muro de contencion y si tiene ventanas de impacto antes de ofertar. Entre el frente de lote de punta y el acceso rapido al oceano, vale la pena mirarla en serio para quien busca frente al agua en este rango de precio.
