Minha opiniao depois de analisar este anuncio: fica em Cypress Lake Estates, uma daquelas areas de agua no leste de Pompano Beach onde uma casa terrea em um verdadeiro lote de ponta com bom frente de agua e dificil de substituir. O preco por pe pedido esta alinhado com o que costumam negociar as casas navegaveis de lote de ponta neste trecho, e o acesso ao Intracoastal com uma unica ponte fixa e o detalhe que a destaca para quem tem barco. Nas fotos as melhorias parecem cosmeticas e limpas, e nao uma reforma completa, com o canal emoldurado logo pela entrada, e numa casa de 1969 eu confirmaria a idade do telhado, o estado do muro de contencao e se ha janelas de impacto antes de ofertar. Entre o frente de lote de ponta e o acesso rapido ao oceano, vale um olhar serio para quem procura frente para a agua nesta faixa de preco.
