Realtor.com reported the Heatherwick Studio master plan approved by the South Miami City Commission in 2024 remains stalled on infrastructure obligations, including new water and sewer lines, expanded sewer pump station capacity and an extension of the downtown street grid, per Mayor Javier Fernandez.
