    Florida YIMBY published the program and conceptual renderings for Rio Vista Residences at 633 S Federal Highway: 570,362 square feet across 28-story and 22-story towers joined by a nine-story podium, 440 residences, 11,550 square feet of retail, 69,363 square feet of health and fitness space, more than 4,000 square feet of restaurant space and 841 parking spaces, with the site under contract from Oko Group.
