    Bisnow reported Rick Ross joined the development team of EnSima, an eight-story, 670-unit residential project with 165,000 square feet of retail in Miami Gardens, with a sales gallery expected to open in September.

    The Real Deal reported that Rick Ross joined as a development partner on EnSima, describing the Miami Gardens project as 640 condo units with retail space, a unit count that differs from the 670 units Bisnow reported two days earlier.
